Hello folks, how are you today? Halloween is over and done with as is Diwali, and soon, Guy Fawkes day. There is a relentless round of partying soon to erupt around us till the end of December and it's enough to cause anxiety in the most robust of hearts - all that meeting and greeting, the clothes and ensembles needed to support this frenzied activity, the food, drink and damage to the waistlines kept in check (ish!) by a whole year of dieting and watching what one eats.
