A soft leather bib in silver, to which is attached a beadwork and crystal piece of embroidery. The embroidered piece is 4" x 3" long, with a bezel of silvery seed beads around a slab nugget of agate, in turn surrounded by a multitude of crystal beads. The tip of the piece is embroidered with black seed beads and colourful marquise crystals in an attempt to replicate the wonder of a comet's tail.
The leather bib is made in Italy, with an adjustable clasp so that it can be worn with a roll necked top, just as easily as a strapless dress. A very versatile and different piece of jewellery.
