This is the fourth 'Oil Slick' necklace - two strands of agate druzy beads have been sat in a vapour of gold and titanium and the inner crystalline structure visible in the natural fissures of some of the beads glows an ethereal blue. The beads are shaded in purple, blue, yellow and green and are interspersed with brass artisanal beads from Nepal, inlaid with a mosaic of coral and turquoise. The necklace is 23" long, with an attractive gold-tone floral toggle clasp.
This is a light necklace and is suitable to wear during the daytime and evening. The effect is sophisticated and quietly elegant, yet vibrant and showy.
