Lagenlook
Lagenlook translated from English into German simply means "layering look". It refers to a fashion movement that started in Japan and Europe around 3 - 4 decades ago.
It has developed a strong niche in Europe and the UK but is only slowly starting to infiltrate Australia and the USA. Many creative women worldwide including mainstream designers have layered their clothing for centuries and we all create lagenlook everyday in our own way from the moment we start to get dressed. Layering your clothing can be a way of disguising imperfections and creating your very own unique funky, quirky style of dressing. As the clothes are so individualistic and funky, jewellery needs to be interesting too. In this collection I've used leather, pearls, polymer clay, tassels and a host of other interesting elements. These necklaces can just as easily be worn with winter sweaters and will brighten up a winter ensemble, both day and night, bringing you loads of fun and confidence.
